The Risk Policy Officer is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. This role within Global Consumer CCAR office is responsible for Sr. Management reporting, CCAR forecast results analysis, macro variable sensitivity analysis, coordinate Macro variable selection for CCAR models and feedback process, working together with central CCAR team, FP&A, PPNR and RWA workstream teams. This role requires excellent communication skills and knowledge and experience in consumer banking industry and CCAR/regulatory reporting, development and maintenance of analysis tools.
Responsibilities: Responsibility covers analyzing CCAR forecast results, create trend analysis, cycle/cycle and scenario/scenario comparison. Manage team automating the CCAR results analysis process by creating/maintaining tools to increase the efficiency. Coordinate feedback process for Macroeconomic variables forecast for retail CCAR workstream, work with Retail modeling team for selection of Macroeconomic variables and prioritize for CCAR models. Creating Sr. Management reports for reviewing CCAR results Responsible for macro variable sensitivity analysis of CCAR models. Responsible for Champion/Challenger/Benchmark model results review and analysis. Creating and maintaining CCAR Model Inventory at lowest grain level for systematic upload of CCAR model forecast data by businesses. Interact with retail business partners for review & challenge of CCAR results Provide analysis at product/model level of CCAR model results for purpose of understanding trends and overlay adjustments. Work together with the FP&A, PPNR, RWA and Central CCAR teams for CCAR results review. Ensure adherence to with GAAP and instructions from regulatory authorities Adhere to Citi policy and regulatory guidelines at all levels. Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in Analytics/Senior Management Reporting will be desirable Highly ethical and with integrity Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Experience in CCAR/Regulatory reporting is preferable. Experience in multinational consumer bank portfolio management function. Extensive hands-on knowledge of data analytics and reporting in Operations/Risk Management area of multinational Consumer banking industry Excellent Presentation skills – adept at presenting effectively to audiences of various sizes and adapting style as necessary At least 2/3 years of experience in working with Loss forecasting models (development/implementation) Extensive knowledge in using MS Excel including all Excel functions and MS office tools Working knowledge in SAS/R/Python is preferable
