This is an opportunity to leverage your financial knowledge and/or experience in the financial planning space and grow as a Support Analyst with our team and to help impact our field force and the landscape of financial planning in Northwestern Mutual. Our team As a member of our PX App Support team you will help provide our Financial Planners with in-depth support utilizing knowledge specific to financial planning principles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide variety of incidents, namely data validation incidents. This will require deep knowledge within financial planning principles (i.e. taxation, retirement planning/distribution, insurance planning, etc.). This will also require the ability to troubleshoot our financial planning algorithm utilizing documentation and acceptance criteria specified by our development partners. This position requires team members to interact directly with Financial Planners via email, telephone and chat. You will also work directly with tier-1 support analysts who need assistance on more complex incidents. Our team is wholly focused on our user’s experience. Candidates need to have an eye for improving user experiences both from an app development and support standpoint. Your background 2+ years of experience working in the financial planning industry 2+ years of support experience either customer or internal facing support Financial designations or licenses are a plus, but not required Strong verbal and written skills with a focus on succinctly explaining complex topics Experience troubleshooting web based technologies is a plus Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
