KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Associate to join our Global Compliance Management Services practice. Responsibilities: Work with our Global Compliance Center of Excellence/ Global Compliance Management Services (GCMS) personnel in responding to proposals and transitions/operations service opportunities Accountable for execution of the transition tasks and establishment of project coordination functions Prepare documents and schedules needed to support the proposal process Accountable for coordination of activities with the Global Business Services team in Hungary and KGS India Participate in GCMS/CoE initiatives as appropriate Contribute to the continuous improvement of GCMS methodology and tools, supporting GCMS knowledge sharing, and improvement/expansion of GCMS processes and procedures Qualifications: Minimum one year of prior work experience, Tax technical background is preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Excellent time and project management skills Solid interest and aptitude for global project coordination and client service Strong technology skills are a plus Work in a national teaming environment, working remotely with other team members, as well as being self-sufficient with appropriate oversight KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
