Executes assigned aspects of the Vendor Management Program for the Company, including the development and implementation of enhancements to the Vendor Management program that are appropriate for the size and complexity of the Company.

Reviews and proposes updates to Vendor Management policies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and other stakeholder expectations.Manages the vendor management database utilized to house the risk assessment and related supporting documentation. Works with business owners to complete vendor classifications and vendor risk assessments; assists business owners with completion of various vendor oversight requirements at time of vendor relationship inception, ongoing annual and biannual requirements, and requirements specific to contract renewal. These requirements include, but are not limited to, contract review and analysis, review and analysis of periodic Statement of Reporting Controls (SSAE 18 reports), Information Security Documents, FFIEC reports, Certificate of Insurance and other documentation as required.Participates in ongoing training of business lines to ensure all departments are aware of vendor oversight requirements.Works closely with other risk management and audit functions to ensure proper coordination among the groups related to vendor management controls.Assists in the development and execution of Vendor Management department’s business continuity plan. Responsible for organizational integrity and business ethics as it relates to this position, and communicating this commitment to any applicable subordinates.Insures compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other operating policies and procedures. Completes compliance training, adheres to all anti-money laundering guideline and procedures and all regulatory requirements. Assists with the coordination of Regulatory exams and Internal Audits as needed.Assists with the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.Assists with the training of new associates within Vendor Management.Performs other duties, or projects as assigned, or that are determined to be essential.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Experience: A minimum of five to ten years’ experience in the financial services industry with previous third party risk management or vendor management experience preferred. Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong computer and analytical skills. Strong organizational abilities, oral and written communications. Ability to analyze and make process improvement recommendations. Must be able to work in rapidly changing situations. Exceptionally self-motivated and directed as well as possess the ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
