Overview Come join Intuit’s Account Risk Management team as a Senior Risk Management Representative- Team Lead for our Continuous Underwriting Department. If you’re a highly motivated, experienced people leader with an operations mindset and risk mitigation experience, we need you to help lead a team of financial analysts within the Continuous Underwriting Department. This team operates on the front line against financial risk, using extensive research, analysis, and customer empathy to set appropriate financial guardrails, driving decisions that significantly impact both our customers and Intuit. Responsibilities The Team lead will assist their manager daily in leading a team through a fast paced risk mitigation environment across dual locations. The lead will be responsible to act as a point of escalation for the team, handling any internal questions, customer grievances or system problems that may arise when the manager is unavailable. The lead will also be in charge of daily workload management, ensuring assignments are properly distributed early across the team while prioritizing new work as it comes in. To be successful in this role the applicant must have a solid financial background, enhanced communication skills and be comfortable operating in a fast paced environment. They will also possess a strong analytical and problem solving background with the ability to work independently outside a structured environment. Finally, the ideal candidate will have the desire to improve procedures within the team, and recommend enhancements to processes in which they interact. Qualifications 1-2 years’ previous experience leading a team preferably in the payment processing or finance industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues to front line agents Explain best practices and ideas on fraud and financial loss prevention techniques as well as any changes to procedures or policies to the team Demonstrated ability to represent a team in cross functional discussions to build a strong feedback loop and share best practices across multiple departments and levels of leadership Operationally savvy, with an ability to identify and eliminate process friction thus managing time and priorities for themselves and their team Working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal system tools Proficiency with advanced Macros, SQL and/or other program language highly desired High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred in business, finance or economics. CFE certification is a plus!
