Location/Division Specific Information This positon is within the Pharma Services group. The position is remote. We are looking for a person with strong web analytics experience to analyze data, generate insights, manage requirements for Adobe tagging, create web analytics dashboards, and to set up tracking of key performance indicators and other metrics for patheon.com and related regional websites. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong subject matter expertise, has a positive, can-do attitude, loves to learn, and excels at the technical aspects this role requires while demonstrating an ability to think strategically. A Day in the life Analyze website data using the Adobe Analytics platform Work in SQL to conduct analyses that draw on website data, as well as other data sources Set up website analytics KPIs and L1 to L3 metrics that support them Manage requirements for Adobe Analytics tagging Ensure that quality of website analytics data is trustworthy and accurate Create user-friendly web analytics dashboards in Power BI to measure success, communicate results, and generate insights Create clear documentation and establish processes that improve how our team operates Keep up to date with key trends Work across teams to ensure analytic roadmaps align to broader digital strategy Collaborate with manager on team communications Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by manager Keys to Success Education Bachelor’s degree Experience Approximately 5 years or more hands-on experience with web analytics (Adobe Analytics strongly preferred) Intermediate to advanced SQL skills Intermediate skills with Power BI or similar visualization tools, such as Tableau Solid experience with marketing and digital activities with ability to look at the big picture and make recommendations that help the business Experience working with data from different sources and ability to stitch different data sets together to extract insights Knowledge, Skills and Experience Track record of working independently and collaborating successfully with others to achieve objectives Excellent spoken and written communication skills Innovative and strategic thinking Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
