JOB DESCRIPTION Fox Corporation is currently recruiting a Senior Analyst, Risk Management to support the department and Company with the varying risks and insurance programs. This role will interface with both the internal and external risk partners. This position reports to the Vice President, Risk Management and will be located in Century City, California. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Review and analyze insurance provisions of contractual agreements and provide analysis, feedback and recommendations to divisions, management, and insurers Prepare submission material for procurement of select insurance programs by gathering, analyzing, and preparing exposure data Negotiate the renewals and new business for several of our joint venture insurance programs Issue certificates of insurance upon request and collaborate with insurance brokers and underwriters on special wording and endorsements Review and track incoming certificates of insurance for comparison against the Company's insurance requirements and contracts to provide guidance to divisions while assessing the risk Work with television productions on all insurance and risk management related needs as well as securing coverage for all artists Manage and maintain all logs for aircraft, watercraft, and UAS/drones Act as primary administrator for the department’s Risk Management Information System responsible for tracking all issues, managing vendor relationship, and ensuring system runs at full capacity Develop and run risk reports using the Risk Management Information System Review insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy Consult with and provide guidance to company divisions regarding insurance and risk management related issues Review and submit production insurance invoices for payment Handle various special projects and/or reports WHAT YOU WILL NEED Bachelor's degree, with 3 to 5 years' risk management and/or insurance experience Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong information technology skills Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience Excellent verbal and written communications skills Possess strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all communications Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service ethics and professional demeanor NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER CIC, ARM, CRM or other similar industry designation Risk Management Information Systems and/or Salesforce Claims, Finance, Legal or Media/Entertainment experience We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
