Quality Assurance Analyst / Dallas, TX - LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION - Grand Prairie, TX

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a position in Grand Prairie, TX responsible for:

Comprehensive process for gathering quality metrics, determining data validity, compiling and sorting data, and charting and presenting results to various levels of management

Reviewing, analyzing and reporting on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems

Experience level for this position is 3 years 2 with a bachelors degree (or 1 year with a Masters degree)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision in a fast-paced environment

Ability to review data and identify trends

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Strong organizational skills in a data focused environment, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), accounting or equivalent

Strong analytical skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment

Detail oriented with demonstrated performance in generating high quality, error free deliverables

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Experience in extracting data, developing charts, and reporting metrics

Experience in facilitating multi-disciplinary meetings

Aerospace industry experience

SAP/ERP, SharePoint, and Tableau or other business intelligence software experience

Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification or ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)

Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., ability to utilize various MS

Excel functions and/or create custom macros)

Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration

Effective communication skills: written, oral, listening, and presentation
