Product Owner - Identity Access Management (IAM) - PrimeLending - Dallas, TX

Job Summary We are seeking a Product Owner/Senior Systems Engineer - Identity and Access Management (IAM) that will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and escalation support of a wide range of IAM-related systems. The qualified candidate will be responsible for leading and creating technical delivery of IAM system components. He/she will exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. This role will also be responsible for the development and day to day support of the Identify Access Management (IAM) program, including technology integration, policy management, process improvement as well as compliance as well as interacting with multiple teams at all levels on matters concerning functional areas, troubleshooting and requirement gathering. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and able to work well individually, in small groups, and able to self-manage with minimal supervision. Essential Functions Responsible for the architecture, design, maintenance, and support of the Identity and Access Management system, SailPoint IdentityIQ. This system manages identities for all Hilltop Holdings entities. Assist IAM Manager in the development of the IAM solutions roadmap. Manage existing IAM infrastructure and provide level 3 support. Work with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Creation of delivery documentation such as technical requirement design documents and technical component presentations. Works closely with IAM Manager to identify key technical components as required for project requirements and to assist in prioritization of development efforts. Work extensively with Directory Services teams to implement an authentication/authorization solution for application/systems logins. Provide mentoring and guidance to the IAM Administrator as needed to ensure systems are functioning as expected. Responsible for planning IAM system design changes, upgrades, enhancements and new features. Actively participate in technical/functional project meetings. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Technical Qualifications: Experience with IAM platforms, with heavy emphasis on provisioning, deprovisioning, and workflows. Identity Management experience in one or more of the following areas: Single Sign On, Identity Federation, Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design, Resource Provisioning, Role Base Access Control. Previous experience working with Sailpoint Identity IQ versions 6.x or 7.x preferred. Proven experience analyzing, authoring and reviewing identity management designs Experience with enterprise password management solutions. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems administration/architecture. Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems and administration. Expertise in developing, integrating, and deploying Identity & Access Management provisioning solutions in a large environments. Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirements and solution. Extensive experience with the following technologies: Active Directory, LDAP, XML, and Java/JavaScript/Beanshell. Strong understanding of information security fundamentals in the identity and access management space Professional Qualifications: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of relevant work experience Leadership experience is desired Strong working knowledge of identity/access management processes as well as information security methodology and principles Must have experience working with Sailpoint Product knowledge specific to IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, Courion, CA and/or Oracle OIM Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, ITIL, CoBIT Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to handle delicate situations with diplomacy and tact Displays excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills Demonstrated project management skills including ability to coordinate efforts of others and influence decision making processes without explicit authority Demonstrated experience in implementing and enforcing security policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and ability to interpret and administer security policy documents Strong written, verbal, and presentations skills Strong organizational and process analysis skills Ability to analyze, interpret and aggregate complex data Skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, decision-making Knowledge of mortgage/financial industry is preferred Knowledge of various analysis and development methodologies Prolonged periods of sitting at workstation using desktop device and phone Some light travel may be required.
