As a Principal Vendor Management Analyst in Norcross, GA or as a telecommuter with the ability to travel into the office as needed, you can help make possibilities happen.
Summary: Own and drive significant and complex Network and Telecommunication segments of COGS management in support of our On-Demand hosted business unit’s financial objective. This includes the ability to analyze, report, identify and remediate issues, and develop recommendations to improve business processes and results.
In addition, this role will own and drive the development, maintenance, and improvement plan for our hosted business vendor management program for our multiple international telecommunication providers. This will include the ability to analyze vendor costs, align ownership, identify and remediate programmatic issues, and developing recommendations to improve business processes and results. In certain instances, this may include the ability to actively manage select vendor relationships.
Responsibilities: Liaise with vendors such as global telecom providers, networking OEMs and resellers, and others in the data networking industries, to facilitate services and connectivity to customers and partners, and ensure operation according to contract and SLA requirements. Participate in vendor management processes to include fulfillment of ACI’s requirements for information such as audit attestations, SLA performance, credits and discounts, trend analysis, bandwidth management, etc. to support periodic due diligence reviews, and make entries in ACI’s Third Party Vendor Management program tool in accordance with requirements and submission deadlines. Participate with project teams to help define networking requirements for the delivery and integration of new products or client solutions and to ensure proper set up and eliminate operational risk and increase efficiency. Participate in COGS management to include analysis of costs, vendor invoice validation and timely payment, accurate cost allocation and tracking, and submission of monthly accruals. Assist with month end reporting and closing procedures to aid in the completion of corporate accounting and accrual activities in accordance with finance deadlines. As needed, participate in the annual 1099K payment reporting process. Research and draft responses to legal requests (subpoenas, affidavits, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned. Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years related work experience.
Preferred Skills: Extensive experience with telecom providers and billing and discount practices. Experience with software programs, SQL Query Analyzer, MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. Effective verbal and written communications. Must be organized, detail oriented and must possess excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
