LOAD/ORDER PLANNING ANALYST - BYHALIA, MSDesign Group-AmericasDesign Group is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of celebration, stationery and gifting products. Due to overwhelming growth, we are seeking to immediately hire a seasonal Load/Order Planning Analyst for our Distribution Center in Byhalia, MS.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for ensuring all load tickets, labels, and documentation are printed in advanced of picking process.Document all return routing information.Prepare and update all missed appointments.Communicate stock out condition for upcoming loads.Coordinate stock out issues with account management, seeking extensions where possible.Determine best method for data analytics for order processing, labor and inventory.Analyze and create reports to optimize service in distribution facility.Work with Distribution and Manufacturing leadership to generate plans as necessary to meet customer demands.Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure outstanding order flow is maintained.Create and run queries to extract data from databases to be used for analyses.Appropriately handle planning of all rush or hot orders that are received daily.Troubleshoot failed orders and correct any outstanding issues while ensuring orders are returned to the active pool.Other job duties as assignedEXPERIENCE: 4+ years Customer Service and Clerical related experience in distribution, warehouse and production environment.Experience with WMS software including Epicor, TruckBuild preferred.Experience creating SOPs.Advanced Microsoft Office experience including, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Expert Microsoft Excel experience.Demonstrated written & verbal communication skills.ATTENDANCE: Regular attendance is an expectation of performance to ensure adequate staffing and meet expected productivity throughout the organization; employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.
