We are looking for a gifted Manager to join the Selling Partner Risk (SPR) team within CTPS to lead a risk management team to prevent bad actors from impacting our customers.

The SPR team designs and implements policies, tools and technology innovations to protect customers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about leading and developing a team of high performing Risk Managers. They should also be working alongside their team to help us ensure that customers have a trustworthy buying experience and that brand owners and selling partners using Amazon are successful listing and selling their products. Your decisions are not only fundamental to helping protect customers and selling partners but will help maintain the health of Amazon’s catalog and product listings ecosystem.

Customer Trust & Partner Support (CTPS) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of selling partners. Key responsibilities include: - Manage and develop a team of Risk Managers that conduct large scale investigations to derive insights about tactics used to conduct abuse on our stores
Set program strategy and deliver results aligned to organizational goals and tenants Complete risk analyses on Selling partner populations using big data Writing and presenting deep dive documents summarizing investigations and proposing solutions Own projects designed to improve operational and process efficiency. Use high-level judgment to own our most complex enforcement decisions. Identify gaps and risks in Amazon's current mechanisms and policies and recommend solutions to product/policy owning teams. Effectively prioritize opportunities in an ambiguous environment Monitor media and global events to develop awareness of trends in ecommerce Experience working in risk, fraud, compliance, or ecommerce organizations Strong enthusiasm to provide superb customer service to executive leadership and other key stakeholders Proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situation Proficiency in SQL Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
