Description
The regional Third Party Risk Management group sits within CTPMO and oversees Third Party risk for external and Internal (Inter affiliates) third parties in LATAM Region, for all legal vehicles and their branches. The group is responsible for assisting the different businesses and functions to assess third party risk and compliance with Citi related policies as well as Regional Specific and Regulatory specific requirements related with third parties. The team also participate in global initiatives and projects related to Third Party Management.
The main role of the Third Party Risk Management Analyst is to assist in the monitoring of risks of third parties within the LATAM countries partnering with Sectors, Businesses and Country staff.
The Analyst will assist in the coordination of the various related activities for the Region and in the risk modeling, development and use of the reporting tools and analytics; collaborate in the preparation of reports to Region management.
Daily duties include the collection of information from the systems, its validation and analysis and the preparation of reports and Dashboards; maintenance of a Collaborate site and SharePoint as well as actively interaction with the countries and different functions such as O&T, Legal, Risk, Information security, COB, ESC, in Spanish and English.
Duties may include also identification and analysis of exposed risks and the assessment of potential impacts in the business; as well as working with the countries in determining the actions to be taken to mitigate risks related to third parties.
Qualifications
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (advanced degree preferred), or equivalent experience required 5+ years of experience in risk management in one or more of the following risk disciplines: technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, supplier risk, or audit and controls. Fluent in Spanish and English required Strong attention to details. Effective analytical skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated success in contributing within a team environment. Dedicated and self-motivated person. Interested in learning more. Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Access. Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred.
