About the Role
The Information and Cyber Security (ICS) organization has an opening for an Information Security Analyst 4 position on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Privileged Access Monitoring Team. The position is responsible for reviewing privileged access activities across the enterprise for compliance with Wells Fargo controls and standards. This position will focus primarily on monitoring privileged access across UNIX / Linux, Windows and database platforms including Oracle, SQL, Teradata, Sybase, and Mongo platforms.

Provide daily monitoring of privileged access activities across the Wells Fargo database environments; Enforce Wells Fargo privileged access security policies, standards and risk controls; Escalation of privileged access activities that don't align with Wells Fargo controls or industry best practices; Assist in improving processes, identify efficiencies and recommend solution enhancements to improve service level delivery; Collaboration with members of Identity and Access Management and the Cyber Threat Security Content Deliver team to improve alerting capabilities to drive risk reduction across the Wells Fargo enterprise. Maintains a broad awareness of the state of information security across the enterprise and industry and influences change to information security policy, standards and procedures for systems/applications/tools; Participate in compliance and oversight activities related to privileged access monitoring; Create and maintain documentation including procedures, workflows and processes; Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays

Essential Qualifications
B.E or B.Tech or equivalent degree in Technology 5+ years of Information Security (Identity & Access Management) experience with focus on Active Directory, Database, Unix/Linux or Windows systems. 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Information Security, IT systems security or technology 5+ years of Identity & Access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization or authentication Knowledge of monitoring using SIEM tools such as Splunk, ArcSight or LogRhythm Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
