Job detailsJob TypeFull-timeFull Job DescriptionJob Overview: The IAM manager will be responsible for end-to-end management for assigned projects related to IAM Hygiene initiatives, including project planning, delivery, troubleshooting, execution, monitoring, control, and people management. Provide security technical expertise and project leadership for the Identity and access management team: review projects, new applications, and existing user access for appropriate security controls and segregation of duties. Establish and document policies, procedures, and guidelines related to the user and system access. Assist in compliance reviews and ensures processes and procedures comply. Qualifications and Requrirements: Prioritizes projects based on an assessment of competitive needs. Anticipates areas of competitive vulnerability and offers plans to mitigate them Evangelizes new technology, predicts trends and identifies new opportunities based on trends. Create a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation. Continuous engagement with a focus on strategy for customer satisfaction Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Uses critical thinking skills and disciplined approaches to help leaders and leadership teams resolve issues and define solutions. Defines new critical thinking methods. Engages with external thought-leaders and communities on analytical and critical thinking methodologies Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity Take on technical challenges and direct the team to achieve a high understanding of the platform and use cases. Characteristics & Technical Expertise
Firm understanding of RBAC Development, processes, and Controls Strong knowledge of PCI, SOX, HIPAA, EU-GDPR regulations for IAM Working knowledge or better of industry-standard IAM tools Provides strategic input to service leads and engineers in the research and resolution of security threats and issues Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle principles Through working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and best practices Good understanding of Platform Integration strategies by developing applications and frameworks. Defines product vision. Lays out product roadmap. Maps current requirements to industry trends, analyses competition trends Thorough understanding of Cloud Technologies and complex Platform Integrated Systems. Capable of designing technical implementation plans around integrating Platform systems. Delivers automation ensures that identity provisioning and de-provisioning controls are executed accurately and maintains audit artifacts for validation. Delivers automation that ensures audit certification control executes in a complete, accurate, and timely manner per published standards and policies Drives continuous improvement of controls in both ease of execution and completeness and accuracy of control artifacts Creates and maintains roadmaps, prioritization, communication, and CQI efforts for the service. The primary point of contact for IAM vendors Responsible for ensuring the overall health of IAM services
