The Position
Come spend the summer with the HR team! The Nasuni HR team provides the key services and supporting infrastructure to the current and potential employees who make our shared storage and global locking possible. Learn and participate in recruitment and HR database administration and analysis activities, practices, and techniques found in automated environments. Your work as an intern here will have a dramatic effect on the HR team’s clout, effectiveness, and efficiency. But you’ll have fun, too – we promise! As the HR Database Admin & Analyst Intern, you will… Scrub – Our applicant tracking system (ATS) is robust, but its reporting function is only as good as the data that has been entered into it. You’ll spend a decent chunk of time scrubbing this data - amending or removing datathat is incorrect, incomplete, improperly formatted, or duplicated. Create – Once the data has been scrubbed, you’ll set us up to make important business and human resources decisions by creating/loading custom reports, job descriptions and a perhaps even a recruitment dashboard with fun charts and graphs that provide recruitment activity snapshots. Enable – Now that we have a solid foundation to work from, you’ll enable the company to use our ATS to it’s full capabilities by training employees on the importance of and best practices for accurate data entry. You’ll also educate them on how to use our ATS to automatically share our job openings to their social media profiles and increase their chances of receiving a generous employee referral bonus. Explore – You will also working on other HR functions once completed with the ATS project, you can get involved in projects on those teams to contribute and learn! Additionally: You will be able to participate in the recruitment process by sourcing leading candidates in the file storage space.
