Government Affairs Regulatory Analyst - LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION - Arlington, VA

Lockheed Martin Government Affairs is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Regulatory Team of the Civil & Regulatory Affairs Mission Area.

This position will support the Vice President, C&RA and respective Regulatory Staff, in execution of day-to-day regulatory operations. In this role, the ideal high potential candidate will gain experience and insight into Government Affairs industry and the importance of the role of regulatory matters across the Enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to enter into this complex and dynamic field with a leading global technology security and aerospace Company.

The LMGA Business Analyst will support a full range of regulatory responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
Build knowledge of the Govt Affairs organization and its goals and objectives, including a firm grasp of LMGA operations and business practices.Undertake assigned regulatory analysis in key technology, environmental, corporate portfolio areas. Support preparation of regulatory reports and presentations and provide timely and accurate support for information and action requests.Work with senior staff to create presentations and supporting material for use with internal and external customers and partners.Proactively collaborate with a highly motivated, team-oriented, can-do spirit. Perform additional special assignments as required in support of the Government Affairs Civil and Regulatory Affairs team and in support of the business rhythm. Basic Qualifications:
