Global Real Estate (GRE) is organized to efficiently provide global functional expertise with local implementation. Teams manage the firm's real estate assets and investments in addition to delivering workplaces that enable the firm's businesses, employees, clients and customers to thrive. The core groups include Regional Real Estate, Portfolio Management, Global Design & Construction and Retail Real Estate. The Business Systems Administration (BSA) group is part of the overall Global Real Estate (GRE) Space Management organization. The GRE BSA team function is comprised of GRE and Program Management professionals who are responsible for partnering with leadership to achieve GRE's systemic platform objectives for ongoing support and management of GRE data. GRE Space Management key data elements consist of property data including building, floor, space, space assignments, mail codes, and occupancy allocation detail. Key Responsibilities Will lead all efforts involving gathering business requirements and translating into systemic design enhancements. This will include, but is not limited to:

Analysis and review of high-level requirements as defined in the Business Requirements Strategically assess if the business requirement can be solutioned through existing technology or if a new enhancement should be deployed Assess which GRE platform would be the optimal space for a business requirement to be deployed Lead and coordinate business requirement gathering working sessions Document business requirements and scenarios for business use cases Provide guidance to the business to assist in gathering all the correct information for design Document requirements in the form of a JIRA story Work with technology to groom the story for development Attend working sessions with the UAT lead to draft test scripts based on business requirements Review of detailed specifications as defined in the Functional Specifications Document Review of change requests by verifying all supporting documentation, approvals from all respective internal business partners and vendors Collaborates with internal team, technology, and business partners to ensure all information required for an enhancement is gathered and documented appropriately for technology to start development Work with the program lead to assist in defining business priority

Qualifications:
Real estate/CAFM/IWMS experience preferred, but not required Project management and Agile experience preferred Minimum 2 year experience in requirements gathering and analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) Demonstrated experience, skill and expertise driving business objectives Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management in a persuasive manner Keen attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment Strong sense of ownership and desire to deliver high quality work products Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established timeline utilizing resources effectively; ability to adapt to changing priorities Ability to think independently, handle ambiguity and make continuous progress towards meeting business objectives JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
