Responsibilities: Work directly with clients to provide litigation support and investigative services for attorneys, in house counsel and trustees through disputes Provide valuation and financial advisory services to clients. Research and analyze factors affecting valuations and perform quality control review of valuation analyses Conduct document review and organization and quality control of documents Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial models to include discounted cash flow, market multiple and intangible asset analyses Conduct and perform forensic financial analysis, build financial models, maintain documents produced in litigation, summarize depositions, assist in writing Expert Reports, and perform quality control procedures on schedules and reports Develop long-term client relationships and networks Manage day-to-day project activities; establish appropriate leverage on project teams and assign/manage project responsibilities to team members Provide coaching, mentoring and performance counseling to consultants and project team members Balance client, new business development and practice development activities, including active participation in internal projects and operations Contribute to the general management of the Consulting Practice and develop and implement a personal plan which sets goals for professional and practice development Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field CPA, CFE or other certifications highly desired or advancement toward certification(s) At least 10 years of experience in a professional services environment or a combination or professional services and industry. Experience with bankruptcy, fraud work required Experience with document management tools including Concordance and/ or Relativity highly desired Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Suite skills required Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties The ability to work effectively in a team environment and comfortably interact with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefings Relevant skills in project execution with hands on experience in the full life-cycle of a project Excellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skills Strong project management and facilitation skills Flexibility to travel up to 50% to client sites as needed and ability to work beyond core business hours
