eDiscovery Audit and Risk Management - Assistant Vice President - Deutsche Bank - Jacksonville, FL

Job Title: eDiscovery Audit and Risk Management Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Location: Jacksonville, FL Overview: eDiscovery Services at Deutsche Bank is responsible for the identification, preservation, and collection of electronically stored information in response to litigation and investigations. This position ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and process documentation. You will document findings and internal controls; communicate findings by preparing reports and discuss findings with team members. They will also perform risk management to ensure operations’ effectiveness and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends Appraise the adequacy of internal control systems, and manage findings and remedial actions to ensure defensible audit-able closure to Deutsche Bank guidelines Ensure audit readiness for eDiscovery Services. Point of contact for audit-related inquiries Develop and maintain information security guidelines and information security access management framework including applications, shared collaboration platforms, and network shares Maintain, Improve, and Recommend new eDiscovery processes and procedures Coordinate the service schedules (IGSA, IGSFA), DWS agreements, and vendor risk management documents Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred Proven working experience in audit, risk management, eDiscovery Skills and experience: audit, legal compliance, process documentation, risk management, and eDiscovery Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
