Job detailsJob TypeFull-timeFull Job DescriptionBranch Review Analyst Description The Branch Review Team helps to identify risk and control issues within our branch network. As a Branch Review Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a critical Quality Assurance function that performs independent testing within the branches. Testing will assess the adherence to operational policies and procedures You will be responsible for executing testing, identifying issues, and accurately documenting work for assigned branches. Travel is a significant requirement for this position and does vary based on geography and branch locations. Branch Review Analysts can support multiple states and should expect out of town travel. Overnight travel for a branch review analyst ranges on average from 30%- 40% and may periodically be as high as 50% based on the business need. Additionally, you will be required to work extended hours while in the field conducting branch reviews. Primary travel location for this position will include, though is not limited to, branches within Atlanta, GA Responsibilities

Complete assigned branch reviews with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and with strong attention to detail Document work performed and conclusions reached in accordance with Branch Review and Quality Assurance standards and service levels Work independently to execute branch review assignments and potentially other Adhoc project work Communicate status updates and issues to Branch Management throughout the review Produce written reports for Branch Management that accurately portray status of all findings Deliver difficult messages to employees and members of management in situations where the review findings are adverse Establish and maintain effective partner relationships with Branch and Market Management Establish and maintain effective relationships with Branch Review Leadership Teams
Qualifications Ability and willingness to travel is required Knowledge of branch banking operations, risk and controls is required Must be very detailed oriented with strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills Must possess solid interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with senior management Must be able to build and maintain strong partnerships with Branch employees and Branch Management Possess the ability to set priorities and work with limited direction to achieve desired goals and results Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Must be comfortable working as a remote employee Flexible in nature with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile team/- environment Must have effective PC skills, experience using Outlook, MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Word and SharePoint Previous work history with Audit, Risk, or a control function a plus College degree is preferred or equivalent work experience Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
