WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Manages compliance policy and procedure administration, management reporting, CFPB and OCC deliverables and operating plan updates. Supports the Compliance Risk Assessment process and regulatory change process as needed and as time permits.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Oversee and facilitate the compliance management reporting cycle contributions. Work with the Compliance Reporting and Governance Manager and Compliance Advisors to develop management reporting for the Compliance Committee, Management Risk Committee, and Risk Committee of the Board, as well as other executive committees as required. Establishes and maintains active management of compliance policy and procedures including version control, advisor/SME review, and approval. Monitor and track policy updates to ensure enterprise policy libraries are current and accurate. Develop and implement process to assure policies are updated and communicated in a timely fashion pursuant to regulatory change. Supports continuous monitoring of compliance risk assessments to ensure identified deficiencies are remediated and status reported. Manages the consolidation and review of CFPB, OCC, and Internal Audit continuous monitoring deliverables. Implements and maintains issue management and complaints management reporting. Updates and manages the compliance operating plan/annual compliance plan including management reporting on status of completion and escalation of past due items. Utilizes the regulatory change management system to identify and manage policy updates. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and their inter-relationship with compliance policies. Supports and manages compliance initiatives for leveraging technology and enterprise tools for increased efficiencies. Support and manages additional projects.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have* Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking, compliance, training or project management. And Minimum 5 years experience with managing projects, processes and/or reporting And Minimum 5 years of experience supervisory experience
Skills and Knowledge Ability to influence/motivate others to produce desired results. Ability to handle problem situations with colleagues effectively and take appropriate action. Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment. Strong ability to work in a complex team environment requiring exceptional communication, project management and organizational skills. Working knowledge of bank technology and operating systems. Experience in large project management. Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills. Ability to perform functional duties and related positions with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal/customer service skills; broad knowledge of regulatory requirements. Ability to analyze complex situations and provide guidance, makes recommendations, and/or escalates the issues to appropriate level of management. Ability to multi-task and switch gears to work on special projects. Exceptional PC skills required, including all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to identify and implement solutions.
