Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel Group is looking to add a Compliance Manager with experience in Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance operations to lead the Gaming Investigations Unit ("GIU") within its Federal Regulatory Compliance Team ("FRC"). The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of FanDuel's customer screening, transaction monitoring, enhanced due diligence and SAR filing processes, among others. The Compliance Manager will also work with the Financial Crimes Strategy & Governance Team to identify provide reporting, identify enhancements to existing processes and revise procedures, as needed. This role will report into the Senior Director, Federal Regulatory Compliance, and sits within the FanDuel Group Risk & Compliance function. Successful licensing with state gaming regulators will be required following employment.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play Manage a team of approximately ten associates as they perform customer screening, transaction monitoring and enhanced due diligence. Review and approve SAR filings prior to submission to FinCen. Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and inquiries related to potential AML and sanctions issues from internal stakeholders such as Customer Operations, VIP, Retail, Fraud and Payments, as well as external partners. Provide metrics and incident summaries for use in presentations and reporting to senior management. Work with the Financial Crimes Strategy & Governance Team to implement new processes, enhance current processes and support risk assessments and audits.

Demonstrated aptitude for process execution, including identification of process improvements. Ability to think critically and communicate clearly and efficiently, both orally and written.
