Job detailsJob TypeFull-timeFull Job DescriptionAbout This Position: The Reporting & Analytics Business Analyst II role will help establish a Reporting & Analytics pillar within the Loyalty Center of Excellence and use technological solutions to help drive strategic initiatives across Chase's Loyalty program. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will interact with colleagues across various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities, and to translate that insight into high-quality solutions. While the role requires technological skills - including data management and data visualization - it also hinges on teamwork and leadership. This role will help drive the automation of legacy processes and create the tools to measure the performance of the business, enhance our Controls environment, and support key decisions to move the business forward. This role sits within the Loyalty team of Connected Commerce, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group. Responsibilities: This role will help d rive automation of data insight and processes leveraging available data management tools (i.e., Alteryx) and reduce dependency on legacy methods. This responsibility includes designing, building, and implementing reporting for current and future business needs using latest visualization techniques and tools (i.e., Tableau). This person will i nteract regularly with internal business partners to understand their goals and priorities and to develop the right reporting to measure business performance and to i dentify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce risks by enhancing processes or implementing new tools. Qualifications:

BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent experience 3+ years of related experience within analytics, marketing, finance, or risk Experience evaluating business problems and conducting data analysis to devise recommendations Knowledge of SAS/SQL to query and analyze data from diverse data repositories ETL experience preferred (i.e., Alteryx) Demonstrated hands on experience modelling data and developing reports in Tableau Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) Background in data management practices and handling of business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and data quality framework Ideal Candidates Would Be Able to Do the Following:
