Job detailsJob TypeFull-timeFull Job Description The Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Risk Management Reporting Governance Group is responsible for managing the Risk and Regulatory Reporting Governance Framework as required by the Basel Commission on Banking Supervision commonly known as (BCBS 239). This position involves partnering with Risk Reporting Leads in each of the CCB business line Risk functions as well as consumer business groups and functional colleagues in Finance, Audit, Technology, Compliance, Risk Controls and Data Management.

This position is responsible for executing on Consumer Risk Reporting Governance deliverables including serving as an active member of the CCB Risk Reporting and Data Operating Council (RRDOC). Responsibilities include the creating and maintaining policies and procedures to facilitate effective risk aggregation and risk reporting. The position also is responsible for providing leadership to governing the risk reporting standards and controls to ensure evergreen regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
Execute on Risk Reporting Governance deliverables including: Executive Management Reporting Regulatory Reporting Change Management Governance Efficient Execution of the BCBS 239 Control Framework The ability to manage complex, quantitative, analytical and technical aspects for the firm's Risk Reporting systems, platforms and infrastructure Assist in automated dashboard reporting and development Drive Process improvements, including the automation of data and reporting process Enhance reporting content to increase reporting relevance
Qualifications:
Background in Risk Management, Controls, Compliance, Audit, Risk Reporting or Data Management Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent discipline or equivalent transferable skillset Experience in management reporting, preferably in Risk Management Ability to understand internal policies and regulatory requirements Exceptional attention to detail, ability to present key messages, adherence to controls and validation to ensure transparent and accurate high visibility reporting to critical stakeholders Effective communication and presentation skills Experience and ability to manage, influence, and execute effectively in cross functional teams with Risk / Compliance / Finance / Technology / Data Management colleagues Ability to effectively engage with all levels of Management at both the Business and Corporate Level Strong analytical, partnership, and influence skills Self-starter; comfortable working independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines Strong time management and organizational skills Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint SharePoint, Tableau report writer and Alteryx process workflow knowledge preferred to facilitate automated agile risk reporting and operating efficiency Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
