You Have: 8+ years of experience with requirements analysis Experience with requirements management tools, including JIRA or Confluence Experience with distilling complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria Ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and conduct in-depth analysis of business workflows to identify areas of improvement and determine solutions for issues Ability to facilitate current-state mapping sessions and conduct user or stakeholder interviews Ability to manage teams Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience working with federal and DoD organizations Experience with identifying and assessing customer needs Experience with presenting recommendations to product owners based on findings Experience with Microsoft Excel Knowledge of several Agile frameworks, including Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients Master's degree Agile Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
