The Recruiting Team at Custom Ink is on the front lines of ensuring our business has the right talent in the right roles to contribute to the success and growth of Custom Ink. As a Recruiter dedicated to Corporate and Technical roles, you’ll execute a flawless recruiting process to ensure we identify and hire the very best. You’ll play a vital role in sourcing, selecting, and hiring a variety of key positions. In this role, you will “own” niche jobs from job kick-off through final selection. You’ll ensure a smooth experience for the interview team and the candidate and a seamless transition to new hire onboarding. You’ll draw from your experience recruiting for everything from software engineers to financial analysts, designers to marketing directors. As a Recruiter focused on Corporate and Technical positions, you’ll be responsible for rapidly adding diverse top talent to Custom Ink. This represents a tremendous opportunity to: Champion the latest and greatest selection practices to ensure we’re hiring top talent and connecting people to roles that fit their skills, motivations, and long term goals Partner cross-functionally with teams spanning Marketing, Tech, Finance, Team Development (HR), Strategic Development, and Merchandising, and more to ensure a deep understanding of business needs & processes to ensure an excellent experience for all involved Utilize best in class HRIS, ATS, and talent platforms to connect with and hire new talent both internally and externally How you’ll be measured:
Our high-performing and close-knit Recruiting Team loves to set goals and knock them down (as does Custom Ink in general)! With that, and the critical importance of filling our roles with high-potential talent, some measures for this role include: Time to Fill Hiring Manager Satisfaction (captured via a highly transparent survey & collaborative live feedback) Quality of Hire including Retention and new hire performance 360 Feedback from fellow Recruiters Contribution to Custom Ink’s awareness and adoption of innovative best practices in high volume, geographically dispersed recruiting What we’re looking for:
This role involves collaborating effectively with many areas of the business, so this is a great opportunity for a perceptive individual to gain exposure to the inner workings of our organization and contribute to big picture success. The ideal candidate will be an idea-generator and thought partner, who demonstrates a love for process and innovation while maintaining a relentless focus on finding the next great talent. Accordingly, the ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas: 3-5 years recruiting experience, in a fast-paced environment and high-performance environment (ideally in related industry) Positive, customer-focused, and results-driven attitude Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail Superior relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and candidates Results-driven - familiarity and comfort using metrics to inform decision making Stellar written and oral communication Ability to partner with our sourcing team to identify innovative sourcing solutions based on research and observation while remaining comfortable in unchartered territory Insatiable curiosity, drive for excellence, and ability to work independently and with a team The highest level of integrity and confidentiality What you can expect from us:
