Primary contact for Client Regional Audit Management and DXC Account Management – key customer and account facing role, responsible for all aspects of audit management Manages and coordinates the Regional Audit team to fulfil Audit/Regulatory requests; Audits may be DXC initiated (i.e. SOC1/OSPAR), Client Regulator initiated, Client Internal Audit initiated or DXC initiated events Core technical services, business processes, contractual obligations and Data Centre controls (Physical/Environmental) Manages and coordinates remediation of Audit/Regulatory issues/findings to agreed timeframes and expected quality with key customer focus on the achievement of target dates Produces reporting for, and represents Audit within Functional, Regional and Global Governance Boards and customer reviews as required Operates in an advisory capacity for the creation of/input to remediation plans, evidence design and associated output Provides inputs to the creation and maintenance of relevant functional documentation and collateral Works, as required, throughout the account organisational structure with interfaces from ADE to SME Provides input to the Regulatory Update Pack, detailing key developments in relevant Regulations for account consumption Delivers to agreed Service Levels for audit remediation activities and other contractual obligations MANAGEMENT: Manages team workload allocation/assignment, prioritisation and execution as required Provides inputs to forecasting and billing/charging processes Responsible for team and account training in all required areas Deputises as Audit Team Lead when required Experience in successfully handling client visits and presenting the organization’s security postures. Promote the awareness and understanding of good operational InfoSec risk practices. Experience with managing classified data spill incidents. Experience in conducting the information security awareness training programs (DXC and third parties) Excellent and effective communication skills at all levels of management (customer and within DXC). REQUIRED: Experience in Audit Management (preferably within a Financial sector) Recognised industry qualification (i.e. CISA) Excellent written and spoken English Typically, 10 to 12 years of experience with at least 8 to 10 years in the field of Information Security Knowledge of PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, OSPAR
