Cole manages security operations and incident response for the University of Queensland, and supports AusCERT, an independent cyber emergency response team for Australia, in providing incident response services and advice to its members. Cole's role within AusCERT is focused on improving business outcomes by finding the right balance between security and usability and minimizing the impact of incidents when they happen.
