To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.   Summary:   The Senior Data Protection & Privacy Analyst will organize and lead the global privacy program in solutions, services and products while facilitating the global implementation of privacy requirements in everything we deliver to our business users, stakeholders and customers. The Senior Data Protection & Privacy Analyst will act as functional leader and subject matter expert for Sealed Air’s business and functional units in the areas of data protection and privacy. * Candidate will lead and contribute to shaping the short and long-term privacy strategy so it is aligned to company objectives and helps provide a competitive advantage for Sealed Air * Design and build of data privacy programs (gap assessments, maturity roadmaps, vendor risk management, development & implementation of compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, PCI), privacy incident response handling) * Development and implementation of privacy policies and procedures * Cross-border data transfer issues that include Safe Harbor certification) * Mapping of various privacy-related data held by Company * Responding to customer requests for 3rd Party Risk assessments (creation of standard response material utilizing defined framework (Prevalent, Shared Assessments) * Regularly reviews and recommends necessary changes to Company policies as needed due to globally changing conditions. * Record and track compliance and reputation risks, especially those involving U.S. and international Privacy, Data Protection and Information laws and understanding the privacy risks impacting the global manufacturing sector   * 3-5 years with direct involvement in data privacy and protection role (or a closely related field) in a global organization. * Viewed as a thought-leader related to Privacy and Data Protection, solution development, assessment and implementation * Ability to influence teams that establish direction, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, encourage dialogue, and encourage improvement and innovation * Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results of assessments and audits to Management and Auditors * Identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively with ability to make real-time decisions * Able to prioritize conflicting demands from multiple business customers in fast-paced, dynamic environment * Preparing, reviewing and presenting concise, accurate and complex written and verbal documents and materials for internal and external use * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment. * Excellent communication skills to work globally with end user community and IS team throughout the organization * Strong communication and influence skills across functional areas including to upper management.
